A big thank you to our volunteers:  Tammy Czyz, Kathy Walker, Joe Sali, Don & LuAnn Tacznozky, Victor Graff, Jean Campbell, and others who offered to help.  A great big thank you to the community members for their generous donations and involvement.  Let’s make it even greater in 2026!

Trash Rules and Regulations
Garbage and refuse will need to be placed at the curbside in Plastic Containers and NOT plastic bags.  If you need a container, please contact Vogel at 727-625-1511.  Vogel will be able to provide you with two size choices, at no cost to you.

On the evening preceding collection:  Your trash container may be placed on curbside no earlier than 5:00 PM.
On the day of collection:  All containers must be placed inside or close to your garage door by 10:00 PM.

*If a resident is going to be away during collection days, arrangements should be made to abide by the above so that receptacles are not left on the curbside.

Calling 911
Posted on Mar 8th, 2023

Residents are reminded that ALL calls for police services must go through Butler County 911 system. This includes all calls regardless of whether or not the issue is a true emergency. We understand that callers can be initially uncomfortable calling 911 for what they feel is a non-emergency, but the Butler County 911 system tracks all calls and dispatches the necessary law enforcement and/or emergency personnel. The Adams Township Police ask that residents refrain from contacting the Police Department’s general telephone number with any issues requesting a police response.

Calls to the Police Department can go unanswered especially in the evening and weekend hours. If a resident needs to speak with an Officer regarding a non-emergency issue, they can contact the Butler County 911 system through the non-emergency phone number 724-287-7769 or 911. If you need to speak with a particular Officer, you may call the Police Department and choose the appropriate extension. Thank you for your cooperation.

Welcome New Neighbors

Please say "Hello" to your New Neighbor(s):

Karen Klimczyk
2701 Ambassador Lane

A big welcome to the newest member of our community, Karen Klimczyk, 2701 Ambassador Lane. Karen moved in recently and is busy getting settled in her new home. Karen lived in the Mars and Seven Fields area before moving into the community and has many friends nearby. She said she was attracted to this community because it was quiet and close to everything. As warmer weather approaches and we are all outdoors more, please stop by to welcome Karen to our community.

Marcia Brooks-Norton and Connie Seibel
1604 Ambassador Lane

Marcia, and her daughter, Connie, moved into our community in January.  When the weather warms you may find them walking Connie’s Boston Terrier, Brinkley. Both have lived nearby for many years so are very familiar with the area.  Marcia is currently selling her home in Mars and Connie has a nearby home to sell as well.  Between pending home sales, emptying boxes, decorating, arranging and buying that perfect piece of furniture to fit, they are well on their way to making their new condo home. Marcia is retired, but Connie is working in the mental health field in the Cranberry area.  Both look forward to meeting people in the community and participating in some of the community events planned in 2025
